A note from the Artist:

Welcome. My name is David and I wanted to thank you for visiting my gallery. Although I am originally from the Pacific Northwest, I now make my home in sunny Southern California. In 2003, I began studying the art of photography in the digital darkroom while on on a work assignment in Florida. It was only after traveling extensively abroad and having nothing to show except some stories and my fading memories that I decided to pick up a camera and start documenting my adventures. As it turned out, I found it an excellent outlet for my repressed artist's soul. You will find that a lot my material is presented with an artistic flair. I am not satisfied with simply creating postcard images, although a fair amount of my work ends that way. I want to create scenes that will be unique and evoke emotion within each viewer. I have yet to settle on a signature style as I believe each photograph has its own story to tell. As my vision and artistic talent grows, I hope to be able to offer a truly unique view of the world. I feel I have only begun to scratch the surface of what is possible within myself, so enjoy what I have selected for you today, and come back often as I continue to add to my portfolio.
